A space to land, soften, and reconnect. Each class is guided gently and intentionally — infused with breath, awareness, and the ancient wisdom of Hatha Yoga.
Styles Offered:
• Hatha Yoga – build strength through steady breath and form
• Gentle Yoga – soften into stillness and receive
• Vinyasa Flow – energizing, breath-led movement
• Yin-Inspired Stillness – pause and restore (seasonal)
