Personalized Breath & Movement Guidance These one‑on‑one sessions are an invitation to slow down, tune in, and return to your body. Each session is shaped around what you need in the moment — through breath, movement, sound, and stillness. This space is for you if you are: • new to yoga or breathwork and seeking gentle guidance • navigating change or transition • wanting to calm and regulate your nervous system • releasing emotional or physical tension • reconnecting with joy, clarity, and embodied presence ⸻ Session Options • 60 or 90 minutes • In‑person (Cairns) or online • Sliding scale: $90–$110 During booking, you’ll be invited to choose from session variations such as yoga, breathwork, or breath & sound. ⸻ What’s Included Each session may include: • guided breath practices • yoga or movement tailored to your body and experience • breath & sound integration (if chosen) • space to rest, feel, and integrate Nothing is forced. We move at the pace your body allows.
